A Snapshot of Your Day

You will keep in constant contact with stakeholders to develop and implement tests for the software produced by our R&D teams. You will provide and receive feedback to work on a continuous improvement of this implementation, so the cycle for software release is complete with excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated tests for application software instances (user interfaces, APIs, databases, etc.).
• Create scalable and reliable test frameworks to support various types of testing applied to the whole range of software produced.
• Ensure automated tests are part of the continuous integration and delivery process for faster feedback.
• Comply with the Software Quality Management program.
• Create report from the tests to enable continuous improvement of processes and practices for the software development teams.

What You Bring - Required
• Bachelor’s in software engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• Long term experience with software development and testing tools.
• Knowledge in some of the most common programming languages (C++, Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience around OT systems (ICS/SCADA/PLC/HMI) and a safety‑first mindset.
• Familiar with industrial communication protocol (Modbus/TCP,IEC 60870‑5‑104,EtherNet/IP, etc.) and IoT messaging (MQTT/AMQP).
• Working knowledge of IEC 62443 and OT zones/conduits design; hands‑on in mapping controls to tests (authn/z, logging, secure update, hardening) and validating communication‑path security across trust boundaries.
• Oriented to testing methodology (design, management, implementation, reporting) as well as familiarity with automated testing tools.
• Prepared to lead the Software Quality Management program implementation and manage the involved stakeholders.
• ISTQB certification and/or knowledgeable about SQM bodies (such as IEEE SWEBOK) is a plus.
