What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

As Strategy Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our team and actively shape the sustainable development and growth of our businesses.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Perform strategic analyses to inform decision making (market and competition, portfolio, global business setup)
• Drive strategic planning (targets, scenarios, roadmap, and implementation)
• Manage strategic projects focused on new businesses, partnerships, improvement programs, and market communication
• Motivate cross-functional teams to meet key milestones and results on time
• Directly support and interact with TI top management
• Create enthusiasm for STG’s future goals by engaging diverse communities

What You Bring

• Strategic thinking with a strong interest in future markets and market dynamics, complemented by analytical skills to independently prepare and visualize complex information
• Proactive collaboration and effective communication skills, along with a drive to form and successfully work within international and diverse teams
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
• A master's or doctoral degree in economics, management, business administration, data analytics, digital management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise.
