A Snapshot of Your Day

Working in close collaboration with cross ‑ functional and international teams, you support our customers in the asset management of critical infrastructure, particularly within service and maintenance environments.  You plan, manage, and execute service projects, including the implementation of technical modifications and the coordination of repair activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.  You take ownership of technical and operational decisions and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of service processes. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

•  Planning, costing, execution, and follow-up of technical work packages, including coordination of required resources for service projects related to offshore grid connection systems.  
• Close collaboration with international teams as well as interface management with internal departments, external service providers, and customers.    
• Scheduling and coordination with technicians, suppliers, and customers to ensure the timely implementation of assigned work packages.   
• Evaluation of work results and preparation of status and progress reports.     
• Handling customer requests for additional services, including the development, costing, and negotiation of customized solutions to meet specific customer needs.

What You Bring   

• A completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical discipline.  
•  Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally within maintenance or service environments.  
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.    
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring together and align diverse teams.  
•  Good command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.   
• Willingness to travel internationally and to participate in offshore assignments.
