As a Strategy Leader in Grid Technologies, your day is a dynamic mix of high-impact collaboration and strategic thinking. You’ll lead 2–3 workstreams within global projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges. From shaping growth initiatives to preparing insights for executive decisions, you’ll be at the forefront of driving Siemens Energy’s transformation. Your analytical skills and industry knowledge will help uncover new opportunities, while your influence and communication will bring stakeholders together. This role offers a unique platform to grow your strategic acumen and build a global career path within Siemens Energy.

How You Make an Impact
  • Manage strategic projects that drive growth and support the energy transition.
  • Identify business needs and initiate implementation plans with operational leaders.
  • Support executive-level reviews and deliver internal and external strategic presentations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams within your project modules and build strong internal networks.
  • Contribute to special or one-off strategic initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy roles with a strong track record in strategic initiatives, market analysis, and project management.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the energy sector, ideally within Grid Technologies, with deep industry knowledge.
  • Ability to work across functions and organizational boundaries to mobilize stakeholders and resources.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to structure and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
