A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Strategy Consultant, you’ll engage in strategic projects that span our global business. You’ll have the chance to define business needs, initiate, and execute projects alongside our operational units. Each day, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading efforts across 2-3 modules.
Your analytical skills will be key in crafting solutions to complex challenges, and you’ll communicate these insights to senior stakeholders. This role serves as a perfect springboard for a global career within Siemens Energy after approximately 3-4 years in the Business Strategy Team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage modules and work packages of strategic projects making a real impact for Siemens Energy and the Energy Transition. As Consultant you will manage 2-3 modules in parallel ranging from market analyses via growth initiatives to competitor analyses
- You will lead cross-functional teams in your modules and build a strong network inside Siemens Energy
- You will apply your learnings out of your first experiences in management consulting to analyse complex problems and brainstorm creative solutions to it working together with brilliant colleagues
- You will leverage your in-depth industry experience to challenge the status quo and come up with new business ideas
- You will enjoy extensive on the job learning and coaching by senior colleagues as well as dedicated trainings and job shadowings to further develop your skillset
- Master of Science in Business Management or a related technical field
- Confident professional experience in Grid Technologies business, where you have developed an in-depth knowledge about the industry and current trends
- First experience in management consulting
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure & solve problems
- Excellent communication skills proven in diverse environments
- You are a committed team player with a strong solution orientation, eager to exceed objectives and collaborate with highly motivated colleagues.
