- Drive and support the Focus Topics of Gas Services Distributed, emphasizing the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve organizational objectives (e.g., M&A)
- Lead, drive and steer short-, mid- and long-term strategic initiatives including continuous improvement / lessons learned
- Shape and manage regular executive-level updates to keep stakeholders informed and analyze complex challenges to support business requirements
- Frame a holistic approach that includes capabilities and competencies for targeted end-to-end solutions, ensuring transparency within and outside the organization regarding the Distributed Portfolio, collaborating closely with stakeholders in GS D and Regions
- Lead virtual project teams, cultivate a strong network within Gas Services Distributed, foster cross-organizational collaboration, and coordinate senior management reviews
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring timely and regular engagement
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, natural sciences, economics, or business administration
- Track record in leading strategic projects with cross-functional, international, and virtual teams, managing several complex projects simultaneously; consulting or strategy experience preferred
- Proven experience in business development and/or consulting positions with exposure to executive management
- Enthusiasm and proactivity for driving improvements in the New Unit and Service Business of Small, Medium, and Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, along with exceptional analytical skills and conceptual thinking to develop compelling solutions considering the overall business situation
- Preference for working with, leading, motivating, and coaching diverse individuals from different parts of the organization on complex projects in an evolving environment; enjoy constantly challenging yourself to improve and learn, with a strong sense of responsibility and a natural drive to make a difference
- Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in a global organization/environment for efficient stakeholder management and driving lasting change
