A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as the Senior IT Service Owner for our SaaS solution in Talent Management! You will lead a dedicated team alongside the product owner from the business, driving the implementation and maintenance of a global platform focused on Talent and Skills Management processes. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate with external vendors for application management services (AMS) and oversee new developments of the tool. Imagine the impact you can make by ensuring that our talent management systems are not only effective but also aligned with our strategic goals!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead the implementation and roll-out of IT applications, ensuring their successful operation within the Talent and Skills Management systems.
- Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and align project budgets, maintaining financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the procurement of IT assets and third-party services, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes.
- Support the IT Business Partner in shaping the IT budget, providing a holistic perspective on service demands and requirements.
What You Bring
- A university degree or comparable qualification, preferably in computer science.
- In-depth knowledge and experience as a service manager, with an ITIL certification.
- Several years of experience managing IT projects, particularly in HR Talent Management processes.
- Familiarity with IT compliance and IT assurance (ITGC) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of management and navigate conflict and change.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
