A Snapshot of Your Day
Works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for technology solutions, and drive collaboration between IT and the rest of the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Collaborate with business units to identify IT and OT requirements and deliver effective technical solutions that align with DT DS strategies with organizational goals and priorities 
• Act as the single point of contact for all IT and OT topics in the plant and align activities with local support team and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business expectations through strong communication and engagement skills 
• Familiar with Industry 4.0 and the IoT to supporting automated production in workshops 
• Maintain optimal performance of servers and network infrastructure, including storage and backup systems, routers, switches, and firewalls 
• Ensure IT and OT systems are in compliance with information security guidelines and enhance cybersecurity measures to support business objectives. 
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently for both software and hardware 
• Facilitate management and user adoption of new technologies and systems 
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative IT solutions

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree and above. Master is a plus. Major in computer science or a related field. 
• 5 to 8 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment. 
• Have EHS knowledge and awareness of Quality. 
• Experience in international working environment is a plus. 
• System development is a plus. 
• Have a good skill on English communication, and German is a plus. 
• Cloud management and AI experience is a plus.
• Enjoy communication and possess excellent communication skills
