- Lead the commercial execution of complex projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, financial targets, and company governance standards.
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to project teams and stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and driving successful project outcomes across international and cross-functional environments.
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including accounting and reporting activities in accordance with IFRS, internal controls, and corporate guidelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize project costs, risks, cash flow, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support contract and claim management activities by identifying opportunities, mitigating commercial risks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure transparency through accurate forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Drive efficient commercial processes using digital tools, dashboards, and SAP solutions to enhance project execution and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with global teams, customers, and business partners to ensure commercial and operational objectives are achieved.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Several years of professional experience in Commercial Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering commercial excellence in challenging project environments.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and ICFR regulations and their practical application in business operations.
- Strong experience working in international matrix organizations, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions to achieve project objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, Tableau, dashboard reporting, and SAP modules SD, MM, FI, and CO; a passion for digital innovation and process improvement is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to confidently address complex and occasionally challenging topics.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
