Join Siemens Energy and play a key role in guiding Agile teams to deliver high-quality digital and software-driven transformation solutions. This role brings together facilitation, coaching, and collaboration to ensure Scrum processes run effectively and continuously evolve. Close partnership with Product Owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders enables smooth delivery and strong alignment across teams. Every day, you help build an environment where teams grow, take ownership, and deliver meaningful business impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions to keep delivery structured and focused.
- Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum values, Agile principles, and practical ways of working.
- Foster self-organizing, cross-functional teams that take ownership and continuously improve performance.
- Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and transparency.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring user stories are ready for development.
- Remove impediments and actively contribute to improving processes, helping teams deliver value more efficiently.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams and managing enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
