Join our Grid Technologies Sales team in Italy as a Sales Support Tender Specialist and immerse yourself in the heart of public tender contests. You drive the entire tender lifecycle, coordinating and preparing comprehensive documents, bids, and proposals while ensuring every administrative detail meets compliance standards. You act as the central point of contact for both internal stakeholders and customers, managing sales systems and processes with precision. Your day is filled with proactive communication, troubleshooting, and process improvement, making sure deadlines are met and regulatory requirements are always in check. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and prepare tender documents, bids, and proposals in response to customer requests, ensuring compliance with all administrative requirements.
  • Maintain a repository of proposal content, past performance data, and tender outcomes to streamline future submissions.
  • Monitor document deadlines and renewals, guaranteeing full regulatory compliance and timely submissions.
  • You serve as the key contact for customers, managing order status, delivery schedules, and price inquiries while resolving issues between sales, customers, and internal departments.
  • Support account planning, forecasting, and data analysis, helping the sales team identify new business opportunities.

What You Bring

  • You hold a diploma or degree in administrative, legal, or economic disciplines.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in sales operations, bid management, or tender support, including 5 years managing public tenders.
  • Fluent in Italian and have professional English proficiency.
  • You are familiar with the Public Procurement Code and ANAC regulations and proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
  • You demonstrate accountability, proactivity, attention to detail, and a commitment to process improvement.
