A Snapshot of Your Day 

You will have responsibility to forge and maintain strong partnerships with our customers together with our regional entities. In your projects you will keep teams on track and control about sales activities and the delivery of projects and completed business objectives including budget, quality, safety, performance, and schedule requirements. You will also direct, lead and motivate your project team to deliver successfully, helping to drive our energy transformation efforts. You will prepare and negotiate offers as well as implement and execute respective customer projects.

  • Oversight of team alignment
  • Supervision of project execution and the attainment of business objectives, encompassing budget, quality, safety, performance, and schedule requirements
  • Accountability for the project's financial outcome through risk and change management
  • Additionally, the management, leadership, and motivation of the project team to ensure their successful work and promotion of the energy transition will be your responsibility
What You Bring
  • A university degree, ideally with a technical and commercial focus, as well as several years of professional experience in the field of project or product lifecycle management
  • Professional experience in sales and/or project management to implement projects and business objectives while meeting budget, quality, safety, performance and schedule requirements
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and create positive dynamics in projects through integrity, trust and respect
  • The ability to effectively set multiple priorities, organize own workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate in English and German at all levels, including reading and writing skills, and experience of working in an international environment. Knowledge of French would be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel on business from time to time

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
