•Implementation of Strategy: oritention of the business process in line with the strategic goals of the country and HQ
•perational Planning/ Controlling in the responsible area.
•Support business development by utilize different resources. Decision making level in order to ensure the basis for solid business relationship.
•Organization, Procedure and Process Responsibility : development, adaption and implementation of efficient organization forms, continually improves the core processes of the business with clearly measurable progress, assure optimal quality at earliest time possible
•Coodination with local government and Chinese Party if needed.
•People management: within functional area select, deploy and develop employees under relevant statutory legislation and company policies; aligns all memebers toward team excellence in order to ensure long-term company success with motivated high calibrate employees
What You Bring
•> 5years Mgmt experience with with high level of social and leadership skills. Uses the matrix organization well to further develop the Business.
•Have good knowledge of business portfolio, advanced understanding of JV/OC and understanding of Siemens and portfolio and a good overview of market and manufacturing (including competition and price situation) and future trends in the relevant market sector.
•Have knowledge of global business management, e.g. regarding planning, financing, terms and conditions, project management, Operation Management, etc.
•Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus
•Good command of English speaking
