A Snapshot of Your Day

As a SIEM Engineer in our OT Security Operations Center (SOC) in Brande, you will play a key role in safeguarding wind power assets for our global customers. Your day will involve designing and optimizing SIEM solutions, collaborating with 24/7 SOC analysts, and working with cutting-edge technologies to secure critical infrastructure in the renewable energy sector.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design, develop, and implement SIEM solutions that strengthen incident detection and response capabilities across global OT environments
  • Fine-tune detection rules, integrate diverse log sources, and optimize alerting workflows to ensure accurate and timely threat identification
  • Collaborate closely with SOC analysts to maintain and improve monitoring processes, ensuring seamless operation of cybersecurity systems
  • Actively respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents, applying structured processes to minimize impact and restore operational integrity
  • Define and prioritize technical requirements that enhance SIEM functionality, enabling faster and more effective threat mitigation
  • Work alongside international cybersecurity experts, contributing to innovative strategies that protect critical infrastructure and renewable energy assets

What You Bring

  • A strong passion for protecting renewable energy systems and advancing the global transition to sustainable solutions
  • A degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a recognized certification in information security
  • Practical experience with SIEM platforms such as Elastic, Splunk, or QRadar, and a solid understanding of OT network environments
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems and compliance frameworks like IEC 62443 or NIST, ensuring adherence to industry standards
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to develop dashboards, alerts, and correlation rules for SIEM
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
