À propos de la fonction
- Consolidate and maintain integrated rollout plans, milestones, timelines, and cross-wave dependencies
- Provide structured status reporting including KPIs, risks, issues, and decision requirements to PMO leadership
- Track deliverables and progress within your focus area (Data / OCM / Rollout Execution)
- Coordinate governance routines, cadence meetings, documentation, and action tracking
- Monitor readiness, maintain RAID logs, and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
- Support resource tracking, financial monitoring, quality gate processes, and demand coordination across waves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project support or PMO roles, ideally within SAP S/4HANA or global implementation programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments
- Solid understanding of project management principles, rollout processes, and governance structures
- Experience in reporting, documentation management, risk tracking, and basic financial administration
- Strong communication skills in English and German, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
