המשרה הינה זמנית עקב החלפה לחופשת לידה עד סוף ספטמבר עם אופציה להארכה.

משרה היברידית- בימי חמישי עבודה מהבית (קיימת אפשרות לעבודה בת 4 ימים בלבד)

שעות עבודה: ימים א'-ד', 8:30-17:00 ישנה אפשרות לגמישות בשעות.

מיקום משרדי החברה בראש העין, פארק אפק. 

ההעסקה הינה דרך חברה חיצונית.

סיוע בנושאי רווחה השונים. 

טיפול בחשבוניות החברה- סריקה, קליטה, מעקב, שיוך תקציבי וכו'.

שליחויות: טיפול בניהול שליחויות.

עבודה עם מערכת ה-SAP לנושאי הזמנות רכש, פתיחת עובדים ועוד.

מתן תמיכה לעובדי החברה לנושאי תיאומים וכדומה.

הזמנת כיבוד למשרד.

טיפול בתקלות והזמנת טכנאים כגון תמי 4, מכונת קפה ועוד.

קבלת אורחים לרבות ארגון כניסה בחנייה.

ניהול קריאות שירות לתחזוקת המשרד.

דרישות:

השכלה: בעל/ת תואר ראשון - יתרון.

ניסיון קודם בתפקידים אדמיניסטרטיביים בן  1-2 שנים לפחות.

יתרון לבעלי/ות ניסיון בחברה גלובלית.

אנגלית ברמה טובה 

שליטה בעבודה עם תוכנות OFFICE - חובה. 

יתרון לבעלי/ות ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת ה SAP- 

תודעת שירות גבוהה - חובה!
