This role will have a direct impact on the risk and opportunity routines across LATAM projects, while also serving as the finance point of contact for CAPEX matters.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure that updates to LATAM project risks and opportunities are managed in accordance with company procedures and properly recorded in the company’s official tool.
• Maintain continuous communication with project teams to review, identify, and monitor potential risks and opportunities throughout the entire project lifecycle—from proposal phase through project closure.
• Proactively manage and follow up on required actions to mitigate risks and promote opportunities across LATAM projects.
• Act as the regional point of contact with Global teams to drive, coordinate, and promote actions within the region.
• Delivery training sessions and workshops related to risk and opportunity management.
• Support consistent alignment between regional teams and global initiatives to ensure proper execution of risk- and opportunity‑related processes.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, business administration, or related roles.
• Education: Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Project management, basic finance knowledge, advanced Excel, Power BI.
• Extra: Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Languages: Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Skills / Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to plan, lead and facilitate, adaptability.

About the Team

The EP team acts as a strategic partner to LATAM operations, driving productivity, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. It leads continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and the implementation of systems and tools, supported by Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The team ensures governance and quality of operational data, enabling reliable KPIs for decision-making. It also provides project governance, monitoring performance and risks in compliance with internal policies. Finally, EP promotes process harmonization and operational excellence.
