A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role supporting Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, you will begin your day by reviewing upcoming outage and maintenance activities across the Latin America region. You will work closely with local planners, Field Service teams, and execution managers to ensure manpower, tooling, and mobilization readiness for gas turbine service events. Throughout the day, you serve as the key regional point of contact—resolving staffing conflicts, aligning tooling logistics, validating system data, and managing schedule adjustments driven by customer needs or on-site conditions. You will collaborate with both regional and global headquarters teams while contributing to digitalization and process standardization initiatives within Salesforce Lightning. Your work ensures accurate visibility of the service pipeline and plays a critical role in enabling safe, high-quality, and on-time Field Service execution across the region

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide end-to-end coordination of Field Service execution, including manpower, mobilization, and tooling for outages and maintenance events across Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.
  • Act as a key interface between Field Service execution teams, regional planning, and headquarters organizations.
  • Coordinate tooling logistics, including ordering, shipping, tracking, and returns, ensuring compliance with regional requirements.
  • Identify, resolve, or escalate issues related to staffing, site readiness, travel logistics, and tooling availability to protect outage schedules.
  • Maintain high-quality transactional data in SAP PD2 and Salesforce Lightning (service orders, work orders, service appointments, and updates).
  • Partner with regional planners, execution leaders, and global teams to standardize processes and drive best practice

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Field Service Operations, Planning, Logistics, Project Coordination, or Supply Chain (gas turbine or power generation experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Excel; Power BI or dashboard experience is a plus. SAP required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
