- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events: Plan and execute PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Coordinate and communicate: Ensure alignment across teams, stakeholders, and leadership, fostering collaboration and transparency
- Manage risks and dependencies: Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of features
- Continuous improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and process enhancements
- Support teams: Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure effective Agile practices
- Metrics and reporting: Track and report on ART performance, using metrics to drive improvements and ensure accountability
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience: extensive experience in Agile project management, with several years as an RTE or similar role
- Certifications: SAFe RTE certification or equivalent
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence etc)
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues, analyse data, and develop solutions to improve ART performance
