Step into the role of Quality Nordic Team Lead and champion Siemens Energy’s commitment to excellence across the Nordic region. You will drive quality strategies, lead a dedicated team, and ensure every product, service, and process meets the highest standards. Imagine optimizing quality processes, conducting impactful audits, and fostering a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility. Your leadership will empower teams, ensure compliance, and make a lasting impact on our business and customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with corporate policies and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Own and optimize quality processes, driving continuous improvement and effective process controls.
  • Lead compliance efforts, conduct internal and external audits, and manage regulatory inspections.
  • Deliver training on quality standards, mentor your team, and promote a culture of quality excellence.
  • Oversee deviation management, implement CAPA, and ensure timely resolution and escalation of quality issues.

What You Bring

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in quality management, including leading teams in a Nordic or multinational setting.
  • A proven track record in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and regulatory compliance.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in a Nordic language considered an advantage.

The team is responsible for driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in every aspect of our operations. Together, you will engage with stakeholders, conduct audits, and champion best practices to deliver outstanding results.
