How to contribute to our vision
This Trainee position has been created as an addition to the Quality Management team for Gas Services in Latin America. The role is driven by the business requirement to support the Integrated Management System (IMS) and its associated internal and external certification processes. To address this need, the role will focus on two core areas: the management of the Quality Improvement System (QIS) and direct support for quality process coordination. This includes managing the QIS tool, coordinating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities, generating reports, and assisting business partners with quality-related tasks. Given the focus on quality systems and process support, the ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with foundational knowledge of quality tools and management systems like ISO 9001. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced English are critical for success in this role.
What You Need To Make a Difference
- 60% Quality Improvement System (QIS) Management
- Manage the QIS (Quality Improvement System) tool, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Provide support and follow-up to Business Partners on activities registered within the QIS.
- Generate and distribute monthly reports on QIS metrics and activities to relevant stakeholders.
- 40% Quality Process Coordination and Support
- Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities to address identified quality non-conformities.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet internal and external certification requirements.
- Assist with the administrative management of quality processes and documentation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in Quality Management.
- Preferable to have knowledge or coursework in Quality Control, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Tools, and ISO 9000 management systems.
- This is a temporary position with a duration of 1 year.
- Only candidates who are about to graduate or who have graduated within the last 12 months will be considered.
- Advanced conversational English is mandatory (the entire recruitment process will be conducted in English).
- Full-time availability is required.
- Availability to work in a hybrid scheme: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
