A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will spend your day on-site ensuring that all Assembly and testing activities meet the highest quality standards. You will plan and perform inspections and tests; collaborate closely with clients, partners, and contractors; collect assembly and testing documentation; and support the project team on-site by guaranteeing that all quality requirements are consistently met.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Oversee and verify the quality of on-site construction activities through scheduled inspections, tests, and audits.

·       Execute quality control tasks throughout project implementation, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and Siemens Energy’s integrated management system.

·       Coordinate with client, partners, and contractors to develop reports, perform inspections, manage documentation, and lead quality-related site meetings.

·       Prepare, review, and secure approval for Inspection and Testing Plans, procedures, records, and protocols required for project delivery.

·       Ensure traceability and timely submission of key project information including redlines, certificates, test protocols, dossier and asbuilt documentation and monitor Non-Conformity Reports, follow up on corrective actions.

What You Bring

·       Professional degree in civil, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field.

·       At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles within infrastructure construction, ideally in electrical projects.

·       Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is desirable.

·       ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate is desirable.
