How You’ll Make an Impact
- Product Quality Control: Oversee and evaluate the quality of CAREPOLE transformers during production stages, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Failure Analysis and Problem Solving: Investigate and analyze the causes of product failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and reduce defects.
- Quality Procedure Development: Create and maintain quality procedures and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and applicable regulations. Quality Audits; Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of quality systems, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and product development teams to integrate quality practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Supplier Management: Evaluate and qualify suppliers, ensuring materials and components meet the required quality standards for CAREPOLE transformers.
- Quality Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in quality control within manufacturing environments, preferably in the transformer or electrical equipment industry.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations applicable to dry-type encapsulated transformers.
- Ability to conduct failure analysis and apply problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience in quality audits and quality system management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Intermediate English proficiency (technical reading, writing, and communication).
