A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Project Support Specialist, your day will focus on supporting and strengthening the Project Administration organization through training, system support, and process improvement. You will partner closely with Project Administrators, training leaders, and operational teams to ensure tools, systems, and processes are working effectively. A typical day may include supporting ProMo system questions, analyzing performance data, coaching teams on new processes, and contributing to training initiatives. This role is based in Orlando, FL and reports to the Project Administration Manager.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and support business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the Project Administration organization.
  • Provide ProMo system support, partnering with MySPGI and Werk Tek teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Support the ESC Orlando inbox and PA Chat as a subject matter expert for ProMo‑related questions.
  • Collaborate with Business Excellence and Operational Improvement teams to enhance reporting and track Project Administration performance.
  • Support the training, onboarding, and ongoing development of Project Administrators, including hands‑on mentoring during outages.
  • Coach teams through the adoption of new processes, tools, and change initiatives to drive standardization and operational excellence.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Payroll, Billing, or Project Administration environments.
  • Strong Excel and technical skills, with preferred experience in SAP and Project Module systems.
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more domestically and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
