As a Project Manager in the SVD TEC area, you will be responsible for leading digitalization and service projects, acting as the central point of contact for all project-related activities. Your mission is to ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards, promoting alignment and transparency among all stakeholders. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, report progress, and represent the company in technical and strategic discussions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the delivery of digitalization and service projects, acting as the single point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle according to Siemens Energy’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, ensuring planned milestones are met and execution aligns with project objectives.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly project status reports, coordinating with resource managers, commercial project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Maintain up-to-date resource demand data, including specific and generic allocations, ensuring planning reflects current and future project needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, acting proactively to resolve deviations and issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team.
• Collaborate with research & development, cybersecurity, and digital solutions areas, contributing to the creation of innovative solutions.

What You Bring

• At least 6 years of experience in technology management and R&D leadership with a focus on digital solutions for Oil and Gas, Process Industries or Maritime.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Passionate about strategic planning, innovation, and integrating technology solutions for enhanced service delivery and digital transformation. Experienced in technology management and software development, with a history of leading cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in R&D or technical environments.Skilled in managing R&D projects and securing funding, demonstrating a strong capability in project oversight and financial acquisition.
• Excellent communicator with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation, particularly in advancing hydrogen stack technology through enhanced mechanical design processes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge in digitalization, cybersecurity, and industrial solutions is a plus. Experience with PLM processes and project management methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
