A Snapshot of your Day
As Project Manager for Digital Business Process Transformation, your day can begin with a review of current activities in your projects, setting priorities, and aligning with team members across multiple time zones. You will be engaged in strategic planning sessions to ensure the successful implementation of business transformation initiatives such as PLM360 and S4E-Unify. Your focus therein will be on the service life cycle that stems across the integration between PLM360 and S4E-Unify. Throughout the day, you will coordinate with various departments and ensure that all team members are aligned with the business transformation goals. You will take on complex topics, break them down into manageable pieces, and motivate change by removing obstacles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and run projects or topics within Gas Service Central to prepare for and to implement large scale business process transformations.
- Drive and support the implementation of initiatives like PLM360 and S4E-Unify with a specific focus on Service Lifecycle Management
- Actively engage and collaborate with different capabilities and organizations to ensure alignment and integration of digital transformation goals.
- Structure sophisticated topics and simplify them into actionable steps.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and collaborators.
- Contribute to change management concepts inspire change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities and define how to mitigate or realize them
- Manage and prioritize requirements and expectations of key business collaborators, fostering strong relationships
- Resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution, advancing unsolved issues when necessary
- Directly impact the efficiency and innovation of our business transformation journey and foster cross-departmental knowledge exchange
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or M.Sc. degree required
- 5+ years of project management experience in targeted selection and standardized implementation of digital tool and process changes across global locations
- Proficiency in business process management
- Experience with Teamcenter or S4/HANA (Integration experience between them is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and experience in organizational change.
- Motivation to inspire change and improve business processes for the future.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
