We are seeking a candidate who will support the Regional Head while gaining knowledge of key portfolio elements within Digital Grid which are at the forefront of revolutionizing the power infrastructure, driving innovation, and ensuring sustainable, efficient energy solutions.

We are vendor agnostic, and our experts excel in integrating solutions across multiple OEM’s leveraging our globally expertise to provide comprehensive solution to our customers.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

As Project Management Support specialist, you will be working in close collaboration with the Sales team and Digital Grid Market Application team to:

  • Participate in Sales Pipeline reviews, manage and evaluate opportunities based on Sales feedback
  • Attend Forecast Reviews and provide weekly summary of progress against the targets for the Segments: Provide weekly summary of progress against key metrics for individual segments, follow-up with monthly Sales strategy actions and streamline cross-segments activities
  • Conduct customer visit for the customer journey area in Orlando.
  • Develop strategy, understand customer requirements, provide innovative solutions and grow our Grid Automation business.
  • Engage with the customers, regulators, and industry experts to understand their needs and help address their challenges with our portfolio solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the R&D team regarding market trends and customer needs that contribute towards our competitiveness and product development in the space of digitalization, automation, and electrification.

Additionally, your analytical ability and result-oriented approach will enable you to provide suitable solutions and compelling arguments.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, information technology, or similar field
  • 2 or more years of relevant professional experience in energy industry. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
  • Proficient in developing dashboards in Salesforce and conducting analysis of pipeline
  • Basic knowledge of digital grid portfolio and product offering landscape
  • An analytical and strategic mindset, always eager to explore and implement innovative solutions and applying problem-solving skills
  • Global attitude with strong intercultural sensitivity and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and partners around the world; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders; Proficient language skill in English is required

Flexibility to travel as needed, up to 10%

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers
