A Snapshot of Your Day

Commissions a technical discipline at the installation site. To Perform turbines commissioning, supervise, training, ensure safety during commissioning work and basic troubleshooting on all commissioning aspects(before and after turbines control system is active), prepare all vital equipment and tools needed during commissioning and seek any issue and concern arise during commissioning phase (erection, mechanical and electrical). You will be directly reporting to commissioning manager/ own the progress on site.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Performs the commissioning of components, systems and solutions on site.
  • Prepares reports and documentation of the results.
  • Analyses the system behavior and the interaction of single elements.
  • Executes the hand-over to the customer personnel and their briefing.
  • May make optimizations of teams (e.g. by settings).
  • May supply as test engineer to admittances, routine and type tests.
  • May perform or support the determination or specification of the required test equipment.
  • May control the mentioned tasks and /or provide supervisory mentorship at site.

What You Bring

  • Performing, supervising, training, and ensuring safety within commissioning.
  • Planning and coordinating commissioning tasks to ensure compliance with HSE, quality, time, and cost requirements, Fixing electrical, mechanical, or system malfunctions.
  • Following and maintaining EHS procedures as required by company policy, including
  • Reporting EHS-related observations, accidents, or near misses occurring on-site and assisting in investigations to improve team health and safety performance.
  • Conducting daily toolbox talks to ensure team members are aware of hazards related to tasks.
  • Engaging in/auditing site-specific safety training for team members, Detailing test results and registering them in tools and systems.
  • Leading stock control, warehouse consumptions, and order management and commissioning weekly report.
  • Driving improvement projects aligned with SGRE programs to meet targets (LT, 30-day Availability, Commissioning Standards, and Non-Standard Hours).
  • Ensuring all site activities are driven per technical specifications or as advised by the site manager/leader.
  • Verifying the availability of vital parts on-site and requesting shortfalls promptly to avoid delays.
  • Ensuring checklists, quality plans, and work-pack documents are completed and signed by relevant authorities.
  • Attending customer site meetings to provide progress updates and discuss technical issues/solutions.
