A Snapshot of Your Day
Monitor and conduct day-to-day supervision, troubleshooting, revisions of standard operating procedures and coordinates kaizen/lean events with SGRE partner.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Contribute to developing and planning the production strategy based on the guiding principles of SGRE and Partner’s System and the overall production strategy.
• Facilitate communication, leadership and management for partner’s daily shopfloor activities.
• Confirm product quality and responsible for the blade process comply with the standards M-BOM, M-BOD, Q-BOD.
• Establish and sustain an ongoing relationship to internal departments and partner.
• Monitor the right competencies within the area by ensuring the right training records in place.
• Research, evaluate and recommend investments, such as special tooling, new technologies that to be used on the properly production in good manner.
• Ensure and report relevant operational KPI's on a weekly basis.
• Responsible for takt time.
• Responsible and track daily production results and report on regular basis.
What You Bring
• > 5 years of experience as a production group, quality engineer in wind.
• The right candidate must have a motivating and a “can do” approach and have good team skills.
• A background as operational supervisor or group leader will be highly rated.
• Change Management
• Project Management Methods
• Quality Management Methods
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in both speaking and writing for English.
