À propos de la fonction
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with the grid automation portfolio and company goals.
- Serve as the primary connection between business collaborators and agile teams, providing technical advice to partners, internal teams and customers.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives, gather and prioritize requirements, and define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Engage actively in agile ceremonies to guide development and clarify requirements.
- Monitor progress, resolve blockers, validate features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners for portfolio alignment and iterate on products based on post-launch feedback.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or in a related technical field.
- Long term experience with HMI/SCADA systems and substation automation tools (e.g., WinCC, Zenon, SICAM PAS/A8000), with knowledge of multiple vendor solutions being a plus.
- Understanding of cybersecurity in critical infrastructure and certifications in Agile/Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).
- Familiarity with grid automation, smart grid technologies, and current industry trends.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks, proven analytical capabilities, and adept communication skills with customers in technical and non-technical roles..
- Proactive, accountable, fluent in English (German is a plus), and able to align technical work with strategic goals.
