Omnivise T3000 is one of the leading control systems in the energy market. As Siemens Energy own control system it plays an important role in the global energy transition. Product Management (PM) is the function responsible for defining desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet customer needs and supporting development across the product life cycle. Your main tasks as PM T3000 Cyber Security within the control system Omnivise T3000 in a multinational team, is being responsible for Omnivise T3000 with the ability to design the control system that will support the energy transition by exploring and gathering qualitative and quantitative insights about market dynamics, user preferences and customer requirements. These insights define both business strategy and technical strategy and produce the feature backlog. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Cybersecurity Architect / Expert within the control system Omnivise T3000 in a multinational team, responsible for Cyber Security with the ability to create and refine security architecture
  • Bring in technical innovation in product security features and continuous improvement in security development lifecycle processes
  • Consulting and sensitization of development teams with regards to secure lifecycle development processes
  • Execution of security assessments such as Threat and Risk analysis as well as contribute in security architecture and design reviews
  • Aware of and understand security related topics and latest trends in the field of ICS security.
  • Part of an inspiring team of DCS experts within the global team and will be a valuable contributor.
  • Work together with T3000 System architect and all T3000 agile teams to drive the security architecture.
  • Participates at the sprint planning and sprint review meetings and at team meetings and coordination across agile teams together with Product Managers and with Product Owners of the other team
What You Bring
  • University degree B. Eng. in information technology or electronic or comparable
  • Well understanding of international cyber security standards and regulations such as IEC62443, CRA, NERC CIP and others as well as Experience in risk assessment, information security, data protection and related regulations
  • Expertise in cyber security technologies such as cryptography, PKI, rolled based access control, authentication, protocols, PKCS Standards, TLS
  • Strong understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management process incl. quality attributes (usability, security, safety, …), as well as regulatory and legal aspects
  • Good collaboration experience in international teams to work closely with the Scrum teams to clearly communicate the customer needs
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a benefit
