Working in a global and diverse team with an open approach that will support you and your development. Working in collaboration with colleagues in Procurement, Finance as well as HR, you will be supporting the transformation on how global travel and expense is delivered in Siemens Energy (SE) over the next years. You will actively support definition of global principles, strategy, and standards for travel and expenses (T&E), as well as be the expert for our current blueprint T&E application Concur.
How You Will Make An Impact
- In collaboration with colleagues from HR and Procurement you will support definition of global principles, strategy, and standards for T&E, as well as an end-to-end process on global to local level
- Act as an effective advisor for the definition of the future global processes for Travel & Expenses
- Support the transition between current set up and future state as part of Siemens Energy HR transformation program
- Support SAP Concur implementations in an already mature Concur deployed landscape, as well as associated T&E business processes i.e. corporate card administration
- Working with the outsourced Concur application management and business process provider, manage data feeds from Concur system to downstream / upstream applications, such as Payroll Systems, Workday and our global reporting landscape
- Find opportunities for improvement (i.e. processes) to ensure global standard and efficient operational delivery as well as system landscape consolidation
- Work with other partners within and outside of the HR department
What You Bring
- Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required
- 3-5 year experience with SAP Concur modules and functionality in a global organization (across many countries)
- Experience with travel and expense associated business processes i.e. expense audit, corporate card administration etc.
- Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage implementation partner activities
- Ability to deliver on commitments, including updating any project tracking systems and fulfilling administrative responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or related field
- Knowledge on integration with HCM and Finance upstream / downstream systems preferred

Our team is responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
