Expedite as needed and serves as liaison between vendors and users. Resolves complex delivery, or other related problems with purchases and invoices. Updates purchasing systems; reviews supply plans for domestic and international shipments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Interpret and Manage Open Order Status report on external supply base with a defined set of suppliers.
• Maintain current ship dates in the system
• Use of JIRA ticketing software to fulfill internal stakeholders demands
• Communicate frequently with external supply based on multiple escalations
• Ability to update Purchase Order based on alternate dates received

What You Bring

• Degree in related field or 2+ years in logistics, procurement or order management. Those with more experience may be considered for higher level.
• Able to communicate with a proficient level of English.
• SAP knowledge is needed but we can train if no experience.
• Microsoft skills are required (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PPT)
