As a Procurement Officer at Siemens Energy S.A.E, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and services required for engineering projects. You will work closely with suppliers—both local and international—managing procurement activities that directly impact project timelines, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for engineering and project-related requirements.
• Create and execute purchase orders with local and international suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure cost-effective procurement outcomes.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand material specifications and requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to support project milestones and operational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing challenges and improving vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within engineering or industrial projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes and Incoterms in international trade.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with procurement tools, systems, and industry best practices.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) to support effective communication with global stakeholders.
