A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Order Management is the expert for Field Service Outage Execution and is responsible for maintaining all required records from Order Acknowledgment through Invoicing to ensure seamless cost collection and generation of customer invoices. You will ensure that all costs are captured correctly and that final invoicing to our customers is structured and formatted in a way that will minimize payment negotiations and effectively increase cash flow for Siemens Energy. Your experience and advanced knowledge will be crucial in the development of the S4Hana Project and the roll out to Field Service.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Provide your knowledge of Order Management duties and responsibilities to the S4Hana development team to ensure that the system meets the needs of Field Service processes and procedures.
  • Be the Domain expert on S4Hana for the Field Service Order Management Team.
  • Work with other Business Process S4Hana team members to ensure the additional systems interact seamlessly.
  • Training of the Order Management and District Office teams on S4Hana.
  • Implementation support to all Field Service users.
  • Validating integration of full financial performance monitoring systems in use for tracking cost and billing in real time.

What You Bring 

  • Associate’s degree in finance or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Time Management and People skills.
  • Experience working in a diverse fast paced environment with many collaborators.
  • SAP PD2, SAP PS1, and SAP PT2 experience. Knowledge in SAP Concur Reporting.
  • MYSPGI Project Module experience. SAP NextGen/Ariba experience for Outage Procurement.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite and Office 365 with SharePoint. 
  • Experience working with Purchasing and Vendor contracts.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
