Your new role as Portfolio Sales Professional (m/f/d) – an ambitious and forward-thinking opportunity
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develops sales volume projections and assesses the potential of target customers, applying CRM data for detailed forecasting and planning.
- Analyzes and evaluates technology and product markets, to identify and understand the needs of both potential and existing customers.
- Dives into specific business opportunities within the customer’s product and service portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Builds and strengthens a robust, customer-focused network, improving relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
- Prepares and negotiates project proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams and management, ensuring successful execution of assignments.
- Plays a key role in developing a customer-centric After Sales Service, is responsible for critical sales and revenue reporting, and serves as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.
What You Bring
- Completed technical education (HTL/TU/FH) with a solid commercial interest; sales experience is a valuable asset.
- Excellent communication abilities with a keen curiosity about intercultural engagement; fluent in English and German, with additional languages considered advantageous.
- Highly self-organized and intrinsically motivated to achieve objectives and drive to business development.
- Eager to learn, highly motivated, with a proven track record as a reliable team player.
- Displays a focused approach with a strong emphasis on customer joy and quality.
- Proficient in MS Office with basic knowledge of SAP; exhibits high flexibility and a willingness to travel (approximately 10%).

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 51.314,34 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
