- Develop and maintain financial KPI frameworks aligned with long - term business objectives, automate reporting and create interactive dashboards for performance monitoring
- Drive digitalization of controlling processes, in close collaboration with governance and data teams
- Develop, maintain and enhance financial models to conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the potential impact of market fluctuations and strategic initiatives
- Support profitability, trend, and ad - hoc analyses to support agile and informed decision - making
- Communicate complex financial concepts and the results of analyses clearly and effectively to both financial and non - financial audiences
- Provide support to team members by sharing expertise in digitalization concepts and solutions
- University/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and controlling within a multinational corporate environment
- Highly developed analytical skills combined with a strong strategic mindset
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Extensive experience in financial modeling, data analytics, and tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud), with business-fluent English
