- Design, develop, and implement efficient PLM business processes and translate to PLM-system requirements specifications
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze current processes, and define harmonized target processes
- Delivery of requirements specifications to implementation teams, collaborate on its development, and ensure requirements are met
- Efficient communication with stakeholders: engineering and manufacturing teams, IT developments teams and with project management
- Act in a functional, agile team as lead: guide the team, review features and translate them into user stories, prioritize them, review results and represent the team in the overall project
- Knowledge in agile ways of working like SAFe or comparable frameworks due daily usage
- University studies in computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering or a comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in PLM business process and architecture consulting, including global introduction of PLM applications
- Experience in project management and leading functional project teams combined with the ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe) and PLM systems preferable Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill and/or Oracle Agile
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, including cross-cultural abilities
- Proficient communication skills in English are required as well as the willingness to travel internationally
