How You’ll Make an Impact

• Single point and primary contact for supplier.
• Place orders accordingly to price list and strategic buyer
• Close communication with strategic buyer to follow up the strategy per each material group.
• Coordination with planning to place the orders on time.
• Follow up together with logistics the delivery for the materials.
• Provide all the documentation to logistics and customs.
• Follow up the no conformances with the suppliers.
• Follow up the correct registration of the invoices to comply the payment to the suppliers.
• Coordinate with warehouse the arrival of the materials.

What You Bring

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
• University Degree or equivalent experience in International Trade
• Professional Experience (1+ years) or no need.
• English
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 80% of time
• Guanajuato factory until April 2025, starting May 2025 in Stiva Industrial Park in Leon.
