A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Offshore Platform Partner Manager (f/m/d), you are Siemens Energy’s dedicated, on site facing representative toward one key consortium partner. Your role is embedded close to the execution, with regular presence at the partner’s facilities to ensure close day to day collaboration, early alignment, and rapid issue resolution. You act as the primary interface between Siemens Energy project teams, the partner organization and our customers, ensuring smooth cooperation across technical, commercial, and organizational dimensions. You actively identify potential interface issues, execution risks, or misalignments at an early stage and drive pragmatic, solution oriented coordination together with all involved stakeholders. By maintaining transparency across milestones, agreements, and changes, you help prevent delays, quality issues, and escalation of conflicts. With your background in offshore construction and shipyard operations, you support Siemens Energy in strengthening execution performance and continuously improving collaboration models with the assigned partner. While you focus on one consortium partner in depth, you work closely with internal Siemens Energy teams and the central partner management function to ensure alignment with overall partner strategy and governance.

  • Coordinating technical, commercial, and organizational interfaces between Siemens Energy and the partner organization
  • Ensuring clear communication and defined processes for information exchange, decisions, and change management
  • Supporting early identification of potential contractual or commercial risks arising from scope or interface misalignment and ensuring timely internal escalation
  • Driving lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve partner collaboration and execution efficiency
What You Bring

  • You hold a degree in engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or have many years of equivalent practical experience
  • You bring strong hands on experience in offshore platform construction, ideally as a site manager, construction manager, or project lead within a shipyard delivering HVDC or AC platforms
  • You are familiar with shipyard processes, construction sequencing, commissioning interfaces, and execution realities in offshore projects and you have proven experience in interface management, coordination of multiple stakeholders, and working across company boundaries
  • You work independently, proactively, and with a strong focus on execution quality and delivery reliability
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and are comfortable addressing issues across organizational levels and cultures and are a team player with openness toward international collaboration
  • You have very good English language skills – further languages are a plus – and are willing to travel and spend regular time on site at partner facilities
