A Snapshot of Your Day

Siemens Energy is at the forefront of the global energy transformation, expanding digital and service-based solutions that help customers operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with evolving regulations. A key pillar of this strategy is the Siemens Energy Omnivise Cyber Monitoring portfolio, a scalable set of digital solutions and managed services that enable industrial customers to protect and monitor their operational environments.

The OES Jr. Cyber Monitoring Solution Analyst plays a critical role in the business and commercial management of this portfolio. This role supports the planning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market execution of Siemens Energy’s cyber monitoring offerings, working closely with commercial leadership, sales teams, finance, and delivery organizations.

This position is well suited for candidates with backgrounds in finance, accounting, information systems, or business analytics who are interested in building experience at the intersection of digital services, commercial strategy, and operational execution. The role offers broad exposure to portfolio performance, customer value creation, and global go-to-market coordination in a fast-growing digital services business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support solution and portfolio management activities, including product development processes, commercial documentation, contract tracking, and coordination of risk and compliance inputs, under the guidance of the Head of Cyber Solution Design & Commercialization.
  • Contribute to the commercial development of cyber monitoring offerings, including solution packaging, offer descriptions, pricing inputs, value propositions, and customer-facing materials that clearly articulate business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain sales and enablement content such as pitch decks, offer summaries, training materials, and internal playbooks to support consistent global go-to-market execution.
  • Serve as a coordination point between sales, finance, product, and delivery teams, collecting field feedback, tracking open actions, and helping ensure alignment between customer demand and portfolio priorities.
  • Support market and competitive analysis, including research on industry trends, customer needs, and competing offerings, to inform differentiation and future portfolio enhancements.
  • Assist with commercial planning and performance tracking, including development roadmap analysis, forecasting support, budget inputs, and preparation of key portfolio metrics and dashboards.
  • Help translate technical concepts into clear business language, enabling effective communication with non-technical stakeholders and customer-facing teams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a similar field or in lieu of degree, related work experience would be accepted; entry-level experience or internships in product management, commercial operations, consulting, or digital services a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an interest in understanding how digital solutions are packaged, priced, sold, and delivered at scale.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders, including sales, finance, technical teams, and leadership, across a global organization.
  • Comfort working with data, metrics, and documentation, including forecasts, performance indicators, business cases, and commercial materials.
  • Interest in digital services, cybersecurity, or operational technology environments, with a willingness to learn technical concepts at a business-application level (deep technical expertise not required).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build clear presentations, organize data, and support basic analysis, reporting, and internal planning activities.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment; willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization; Siemens Energy employees with visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
