A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a motivated colleague in Budapest to support our team in various topics such as the creation of web-based training (WBT) and digital communication.
As a Next Generation Training Expert you will play a crucial role in creating effective WBTs for our training center and have the opportunity to work with different tools as well as strengthen our digital communication of the training center within Siemens Energy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create web-based trainings with different tools, videos and implement them into our digital learning platform
- Assist in planning the didactic structure of learning units
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Using of our internal digital platform to enhance our communication and presence of the training center at Siemens-Energy
What You Bring
- Completed studies in secondary, adult, or higher education in a technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, IT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English; German is an advantage.
About the Team
Our “Next Generation Training” team is responsible to create alternative training methods to enhance the flexibility traditional learning. Our Team is a part of the training center, which is responsible for training customers and employees on our power plant control system and electrical components.
