Join our diverse and international team, where innovation meets expertise. Effective non-conformance (NC) management is the foundation of sustainable quality. Our mission is to drive transparency around non-conformances, enabling proactive prevention and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a passionate NC Management Specialist to elevate our NC management practices. In this role, you’ll collaborate with global business areas from Information Technology, Project Management (PM), Finance (FIN) and Quality including local experts to ensure operational excellence in recording and reporting NC. Your focus will be on NC process management, the NC management tool, and backend systems such as databases and integrations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- NC tool development: Define user stories, conduct testing and approvals, and support rollout validation.
- NC tool operations: Manage bug and data issues, user role access, and coordination of logic configuration.
- NC tool backend optimization: Support database improvements and system integrations (Oracle, SAP, Snowflake, SnapLogic, etc.).
- Data analysis & reporting: Support the business with data analysis and insights to enable effective decision-making (e.g., Tableau, Excel extracts, Power BI).
- NC process management: Provide guidance and ensure adherence to governing NC / PM / FIN documentation and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
What You Bring

Proven experience in IT tool development and implementation.

Strong background in data analysis and reporting.

Experience in quality and non-conformance management is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global and cross-functional teams.

Creative problem-solving mindset with a strong passion for continuous quality improvement
