A Snapshot of Your Day

Lead, plan, coordinate and supervise the different tasks and activities during the installation and maintenance of Steam Turbines and Generators on the Power Generation projects to ensure delivery according to plan with the Highest Safety&Quality standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead a diverse team of Field Service specialists, engineers, and supervisors to set a benchmark for energy service implementation in both traditional and New Energy Business, focusing on training, operational development, and team building.
  • Implement complex service outages as the Steam Turbine and Generator Technical Site Lead for various frames.
  • Support the establishment of internal resource planning and actively guide local and global subcontractor development and capability management.
  • Engage in outage preparation and provide guidance for best-in-class execution based on project KPIs, HSE standards, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster organizational development through motivation, trust, empowerment, feedback culture, and team spirit.
  • Drive the implementation of Field Service digitalization and modernization initiatives, including paperless outages, data-driven maintenance, and the use of remote technologies, while ensuring compliance with EHS standards and Siemens Energy processes.

What You Bring

  • Technical Site Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and implementing maintenance activities on Steam Turbines and Generators; experience with Gas Turbines is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with profound skills in mechanical maintenance of power generation equipment or in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent understanding of on-site project processes, standards, and requirements, with the ability to challenge the status quo and implement best-in-class solutions in a diverse, multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on pragmatic, hands-on solutions based on technical knowledge and a willingness to embrace new technology and innovation.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and schedule team activities effectively, ensuring optimal resource use and meeting work schedules to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a track record of building and managing long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors, along with a willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours as needed
