A Snapshot of Your Day

Will be checking the slurry, releasing slurries for Shell usage, and monitoring all automated systems according to production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality in the Gibsonton Florida Location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Check all slurries daily and reporting any discrepancies to the Shell Process owner or Shell Supervisor.
• Inputs mold into Shell automated system following Work Instructions in Mercury ensuring the correct practice is pulled up on the production system screen while performing any operation.
• Processes the components or semi-products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Adjust machines, set controls, and perform troubleshooting as required by quality criteria, maintaining the flow and quality of parts produced.
• Continuously perform improvement analysis and organize machine-related tools, manipulators, and equipment relevant in production performing basic or specifically defined maintenance operations and collaborating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Other duties may be assigned, and cross-training as needed.

What You Bring

• Evidence of a completed High School or GED is required.
• Ability to read Engineering instructions and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
