As a Manufacturing & Process Engineer, you’ll split your time between the office and the factory floor, partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve how products are built safely, efficiently, and at scale. Your day will include analyzing workflows, conducting time studies, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and implementing technical process improvements (methods, work instructions, tooling, layout, and manufacturing technology). You’ll support the introduction of new solutions and ensure manufacturing standards are clear, executable, and sustained in daily operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead process improvements across manufacturing operations by identifying waste, constraints, and technical root causes, then implementing effective countermeasures.
• Redesign factory layouts to improve workflow, safety, and scalability.
• Implement automation solutions and new technologies to enhance productivity and quality in production and support functions.
• Conduct time studies and process analyses to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and administrative teams to integrate new processes and technologies.
• Support training and standardization efforts to ensure methods, work instructions, and process changes are adopted correctly.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization, with hands‑on experience in time study/work measurement and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with a practical, shop‑floor problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross‑functionally and influence implementation.
• Strong facilitation skills for cross‑functional workshops and alignment across shop floor and administrative value streams.
