A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will responsible for maintaining, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This includes solving production issues, maintaining equipment, being innovation and providing excellence in manufacturing! In this role, the successful candidate will analyze production workflows, develop and test new manufacturing methods, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve product design and manufacturability. The Manufacturing Engineer also focuses on reducing costs, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Quality Control and Assurance: Establishing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure that products meet required specifications and standards.
  • Machines: Support the equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Continuous Improvement: Finding opportunities for process improvements, support on the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, and driving initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Digitalization: Integrating smart technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and digital tools to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes in real-time leading to more efficient and agile manufacturing operations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Weld Engineering, Production Engineering or a related field; Master's degree in related field is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role, with a proven track record of process improvement and optimization; Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior level role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, welding, machining, lean manufacturing principles is required; Six Sigma methodologies, and quality control systems. (Lean or Six sigma certification is a plus).
  • Knowledge on AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Unigraphics. And experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP is preferable.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions, along with strong problem-solving abilities to address complex manufacturing challenges.
