The candidate will work together with a multi-disciplinary group to ensure a proactive and structured approach to executing campaign work throughout our North America Region. In addition, this candidate will focus on project management, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency, resource optimization and cost reduction, providing leadership for the team involved in the management process groups, controlling phases and keeping stakeholders informed with a focus on cost, time, and quality.

What You Bring 

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred and 2-5 years of experience in the wind industry with a focus on technical solutions is desired. Various combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
• IPMA Project Management Level C or B certification (preferred but not required). Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Project Management disciplines e.g. customer value orientation, financials, planning & controlling, risk/opportunity management, stakeholder management, quality and EHS, team development, leadership in projects, etc.
• Advanced MS Office (word, power point, excel) skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Ability to work in a highly paced environment and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Structured approach to project management and ability to handle project changes occurring in a dynamic environment. Proven team player and collaborator with various levels of corporate structures.
