每日工作快照
日常对设备控制程序进行解读、修改与参数优化，同时处理温度、液位等各类传感器及仪表的故障判断、备件调试校对工作，负责化工流程管道、气动电动阀门、流体泵、真空泵等设备的维修维护，以及自动流水线和变频器的日常检修，参与设备数字化及底层数据采集相关工作，保障电力变压器专用生产设备（绕线机、真空干燥设备等）的正常运行与维修。
 

职责与挑战

  • 对设备控制流程有比较深刻的理解，能读懂设备控制程序及修改优化相关程序和参数（三菱、西门子等PLC及变频器和伺服系统，Wincc\Kingview\C#等组态平台），熟悉温度、液位、真空\压力、位置、流量等传感器及仪表的原理结构及故障判断和备件调试校对。
  • 对化工流程管道、气动电动阀门（调节阀、球阀、蝶阀等）、流体泵（离心、螺杆、屏蔽泵等）、真空泵（旋片泵、液环泵、罗茨泵等）有一定的维修维护经验；
  • 熟悉自动流水线的工作原理及维修维护；
  • 有变频器维修经验；
  • 对设备数字化、底层数据采集具备一定的认识和经验；
  • 有电力变压器专用生产设备，如绕线机、煤油气相真空干燥设备、真空滤油机油处理系统、乔格硅钢片横剪线、Delu气垫车、各类真空泵、行车、升降平台等设备的维修经验。
 

综合素质要求  

  • 本科以上学历，机械、电气、机电一体化专业，6年以上生产设备维护维修相关工作经验，具有中级（或以上）工程师资格证书。
  • 有焊工、高低压电工操作证的优先考虑。
  • 具备机械、电气、液压等专业知识.
  • 具备一定的英文能力，能读懂理解设备的外文说明书，进行简单的口语交流。
