How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support projects with logistics solutions for standard and project cargo, analyzing the operational logistics status, adequately informing the involved stakeholders, and deriving and implementing alternative measures to adopt in changing situations.
• Complete and communicate status and deficiency reports regarding the availability of materials and products for Purchasing Management, as well as document and process complaints or damages in transportation, in cooperation with other responsible stakeholders (Purchasing, Insurance, Control, Quality, Engineering), and propose and implement corrective measures with transport service providers.
• Ensure strong and close cooperation with Internal Clients (requesters) to guarantee customer service and early involvement.
• Coordinate the return of logistics infrastructure and equipment used on-site, supporting Project Logistics Management, and coordinate the logistics operations with service providers.
• Support projects in the development, calculation, and implementation of logistics contingency measures, as well as cooperate with internal Purchasing and Project functions to ensure acceptance and compliance with processes, guidelines, and tools.

What You Bring

• Academic Background: Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Logistics would be a plus.
• Experience & Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Logistics roles (required for professional homologation), with strong technical knowledge in logistics operations, projects, and a deep understanding of the industry.
• Technical & Digital Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other digital platforms relevant to logistics and project management.
• Language Proficiency: High level of professional English, both written and spoken.
• Organizational Abilities: Strong capacity to organize, prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work effectively under frequent interruptions.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
